East Stirling kept the pressure on Third Division leaders Livingston with a comfortable win at home to Forfar.Simon Lynch met a cross from Andrew Rodgers to slide home from 12 yards in the 31st minute and added a second from close range seven minutes later.

Rodgers put the game beyond doubt with seven minutes remaining when he fired in to the top corner from a Craig Donaldson pass.

And Lynch completed his hat-trick with a fine strike near the end.
