David Dunn plundered the winner five minutes from time as East Stirlingshire defeated Elgin City to move back off the bottom of Division Three.Elgin looked to be taking home a point until Dunn followed up on a loose ball to crash home the winner from 30 yards.
His strike partner, Stephen Maguire, had put Shire ahead after 27 minutes, when he steered in Derek Ure's cross.
Elgin hit back and were level before the break as Brian Cameron set up Jason Crooks for the 39th-minute equaliser.
